The small dishes of "Mamama" is a winstub offering Alsatian dishes whose recipes are borrowed from our grandmothers. It is also a restaurant, flea market and local produce grocery store. In an authentic setting of a thousand and one things found, it invites a journey into the past. The dishes served in a casserole dish make the table a place of sharing where forgotten smells whet our appetite. A native of the valley, the boss cooks simple, generous cuisine that goes beyond traditional menus, working only with local and fresh products, nothing industrial but tradition. As for the native owner of the plain, she knew how to bring a touch of conviviality, so necessary to have a good time. At "Mamama" it really feels like eating with our grandmothers so dear to our hearts.
