Learn about botany and plant-based cooking, and create a number of simple, delicate plant-based recipes for your summer meals (vegan options available on request). The day will start with an introduction to plants, using our senses, followed by a look at botany and their culinary and medicinal properties. We'll then go and cook them in a large, fully-equipped kitchen, tasting our preparations at around 3pm, accompanied by organic wine. You'll go home with the recipes for your creations. View map
