The tourism quality brand
On July 15, 2008, the Bruche valley tourist office was the first Alsatian tourist office to obtain the “ Qualité Tourisme Label ". This approach, initiated at the request of staff and supported by our partners, therefore constituted a challenge and a collective source of pride in recognition of our professions and the high standards of reception that we wanted to impose on ourselves.
Since then, the certification has been renewed every 5 years in order to continuously meet the national benchmark composed of more than 170 criteria.
Over the course of the renewals, we have gained in maturity and made the requirements of the Quality Mark our own. We saw it not only as a list of criteria to satisfy but as a management and team cohesion tool, with the aim of guaranteeing constant quality of service and being, collectively, proud of our successes and supportive of our failures. !
The Quality Mark is not simply a certification, it is a working philosophy that we have adopted.
Through this quality approach, it is the entire team of the tourist office, and by extension our partners: socio-professionals, residents and elected officials of the region, who are committed to making the stay of our guests a exceptional moment through the quality of our hospitality, and the involvement of our wise advice.
The tourist office is keen to share this ambition widely, by contributing to an increase in collective skills, where each inhabitant of the Bruche valley finds in the pride of belonging to this territory, the desire to be there. the ambassador and can benefit not only from its economic benefits, but also from the richness of the meeting with its visitors.

Our Category I Ranking
The Bruche Valley Tourist Office renewed its Category I classification at the end of 2023. Just like obtaining the Quality Mark, the tourist office was one of the first to obtain this classification in Alsace. This official certification, awarded by prefectural decree for a period of five years, testifies to the quality and diversity of the services offered to visitors and partners. It also allows you to benefit from the Quality Tourism label, described above, and commits to presenting an excellent welcome, complete and personalized information, and dynamic promotion of the territory in an entrepreneurial type structure.
