When I'm out and about, I adopt good habits
Before you set off to explore the landscapes of our beautiful valley, check that your dog is allowed on the hiking route you have planned.
In order to properly prepare for your hike, remember to ask yourself a few essential questions:
- Is my dog fit enough to cover the distance?
- Are there any obstacles along the way, any gaps, any areas to climb?
- Are there any water points along the way or should I plan accordingly?
- Have I thought of all the equipment we need?
