- Monday > Friday: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 14 p.m. to 17:30 p.m. (closed Tuesday mornings outside school term time)
- Holiday season: open from 9am to 13pm on December 24th & 31st - closed on December 25th & 26th
In janvier
- Physical reception closed
- Telephone reception & email responses: Monday > Friday: 9am to 12pm and 14pm to 17:30pm
Between May 1st and September 30th
- Monday > Friday: 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 14 p.m. to 18:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 14 p.m. to 17 p.m.
- Public holidays (May 8, Ascension Day, July 14, August 15) and Sundays (July-August): 9 a.m. to 13 p.m.
