Founded in 1947, the independent Nusbaumer artisanal distillery is located in Steige in the Villé Valley, the cradle of distillation in Alsace. Our specialty is the distillation of eaux-de-vie and the production of fruit and herbal liqueurs; in recent years, we have been exploring a new chapter in our expertise with new distillations of gin and whisky.
We offer around fifty products that can be discovered in our store.
As a guarantee of our artisanal commitment, we have received the Living Heritage Company label.

With nearly 80 years of experience, we would be delighted to share our expertise with you by opening our doors. You will be accompanied by a member of the distillery team who will explain the entire process of making eaux-de-vie, liqueurs, and creams during a guided tour of approximately one hour.
