    At the entrance to the Bruche valley, hidden in the pre-Vosges hills, nestles the charming flowery village of Oberhaslach located about forty kilometers west of Strasbourg.
    Chef Vincent Chartier cooks fresh, seasonal produce every day, he develops a "business menu" from Wednesday to Friday lunchtime and a slate that he modifies every fortnight consisting of three starters, three main courses, three desserts.
     Proposal of made-to-order menus for groups.
