Firmine wears her uniform like others wear armor. She's never left the Scouts, and sees life as a permanent camp where everyone's late for assembly. Authoritative, pinched, and with a look that could make an oak tree weep, she hands out badges the way you hand out slaps: rarely, but it makes an impression.
