For three generations, Rucher du Nideck has embodied a family passion for beekeeping. Created in 1996 by Germain Schnelzauer, the farm has grown with Sabine, his wife, their daughter Émilie, and a new partner, Aurélie Cassar. Their apiaries produce honey harvested and potted directly in Urmatt. Experts in breeding and selecting bees, they ensure that colonies are developed that are adapted to the local climate and honey flows, perpetuating exceptional beekeeping know-how.
