
Learning botany and plant-based cooking skills with the creation of several simple and delicate plant-based recipes for your summer meals
(workshop possibly vegan on request).
The day will begin with a recognition of the plants, approaching them with our senses, then taking an interest in botany and their culinary and medicinal properties. We will then go and cook them in a large kitchen that meets standards, to taste our preparations around 15 p.m. accompanied by organic wine. You will leave with the recipes for your creations.
