Pierre BERTAUT, by settling in Alsace, appropriated the regional language to promote it as much as possible with strong conviction. With the association "Heimetsproch ùn Tràdition" in which he sits on the steering committee and the Groupement des Théâtres du Rhin, he is the initiator of a regional language festival, a celebration of the linguistic heritage of France.
