"Aude à la Nature" is for people who want to develop greater self-sufficiency in their daily lives, particularly through knowledge of wild plants. Aude Bernadac offers a simple and practical approach. She guides you in identifying plants and cooking them while adopting a responsible lifestyle, respecting harvest quantities to maintain nature's abundant cycle, using plant-based cuisine, and also sharing tips on reducing food waste. Her project was the only one in Alsace selected by ADEME (the French Agency for Ecological Transition) for its "Ecotourism" component, and the eco-village she founded in the spring of 2026. Aude invites you to workshops on identifying wild plants in nature, harvesting them, and cooking with them. For everyday meals, she offers simple and quick recipes. For those who want to treat themselves and their friends, she also shares more "upscale" recipes. See the map
