"Aude à la Nature" is intended for people who want to develop their autonomy in their daily lives, in particular through knowledge of wild plants. Aude Bernadac offers you a simple and practical approach. She helps you recognize plants and cook them by adopting a responsible lifestyle, by respecting the quantities picked to maintain the cycle of abundance of nature, plant-based cooking and also by anti-waste tips. Her project was the only one in Alsace selected by ADEME on an "Ecotourism" section. Aude invites you to workshops on identifying wild plants in the wild, picking and cooking wild plants. For everyday life, she offers simple and quick recipes. To please yourself and your friends, she shares more "high-end" recipes. She uses organic ingredients and local ones as much as possible.
