The Kriess organ (1900) of the Saint-Vincent de Ranrupt church, restored in 2016, will be highlighted during a concert given by the young organist Nicolas Kilhoffer, as part of the Christmas Market. On the program: pieces by baroque composers Louis-Claude Daquin, Jean-Sébastien Bach (Chorals Schübler, Préludes et Fugues) and Antonio Vivaldi (Concerti) as well as pages by romantic composers Johannes Brahms and Léon Boëllmann (Suite Gothique). Part of the concert will be devoted to improvisation, a discipline specific to the organ, on Christmas themes.
