On the occasion of the 2021 Science Festival, the GRABE (Archaeological Research Group in Bruche and Surroundings) invites you to delve into the history of the Bruche valley! Whether you are professional, passionate or simply curious, there will be something for everyone!
Sat. & Sun. October 2-3, 2021:
• The apprentice archaeologist's toolbox / Animation: Presentation, description and method of use of the instruments essential to archaeological research. A unique opportunity for discovery!
• A funny library for researchers and finders! / Animation: Local history magazines, varied and precise articles, general and specialized books, old and current maps, and manuscripts to decipher...
• In search of the past, Haute Bruche revealed / Exhibition: Vestiges of past lives since Roman times, Haute Bruche keeps the secrets of its history hidden. Come and discover them!
• The ruin of Bilstein / Exit ¿¿ Meet at the Chateau du Bilstein at 10 a.m.: Presentation of this historical ensemble, in the town of Urbeis, which will interest both the medieval historian and the archaeologist!
