Conference by THUMAS HUREAU, Lecturer, Faculty of Sports Sciences, University of Strasbourg, researcher at the European Center
of Teaching, Research and Innovation in Exercise Physiology (CEERIPE). Doing physical exercise: is it really tiring?
Paradoxically, fatigue associated with physical effort is a state that can be sought, or on the contrary, suffered. Indeed, fatigue can refer to a normal and reversible physiological state that is an integral part of the training process, or on the contrary, to a symptom affecting the quality of life of patients, such as in cancer patients. This conference will address "fatigue" and will propose recommendations for the athlete and the patient.
