The 100 m² living room with fireplace, billiard table, lounge, disabled toilet, large adjoining fitted kitchen and south-facing terrace can accommodate 60 people seated. On the ground floor 2 rooms, kitchenette, shower/WC disabled access for 4 people (2 beds of 140). Upstairs 6 bedrooms for 16 beds (4 beds of 140 and 8 beds of 90) WC and shower for each room.
