Yves Meztzger, Auberge Metzger. Yves is a “terroir buff”. It was growing up in his parents' village café, which became a stopover for passing hikers, that his passion for catering was born. After a career in the most beautiful houses in Strasbourg, Yves took over the family inn in 1980, faithful to his small village of Natzwiller, and gradually transformed it into a very cozy, charming hotel-restaurant. It is there that he creates, revisits and cooks a cuisine rooted in the Alsatian region that is at once fine, elegant and tasty. His greatest success? Perpetuate under the same roof and over 3 generations a deliciously warm and invariably friendly welcome.
