Chef at the La Cheneaudière hostelry, originally from a small village in Lorraine, it was after having cut his teeth in 2000 that Roger made his mark in the restaurant of this exceptional hostelry, the master restaurateur finally took the reins of the kitchens in 2005, after having completed internships with the greatest, notably Émile Jung. Roger Bouhassoun is an artisan of “everything homemade”. Roger by Roger: "I like working with local products. At La Cheneaudière they are present: milk, yogurt, honey, fruit juice. Our customers are always pleasantly surprised to find the good taste of farm milk at breakfast. C This is our way of supporting local farmers and producers. They deserve it."
