La Laiterie du Climont is a small family business. Its main activity is the production and sale of whole milk yogurts and fresh cheeses, made using traditional methods, from milk collected from farmers in the surrounding mountains.
Climont yogurts are made from mountain milk, traditional yogurt ferments, artisanally prepared fruits, less sugar, and a small glass jar, quite simply... We also produce K-Philus fermented milk, which is very rich in lactobacilli (probiotics), with the same consistency as plain yogurt.
In our direct sales store you will find our natural yogurts (made from cow's milk or half goat's milk, half sheep's milk), flavored or with fruit, our K-Philus fermented milk (made from cow's milk, sheep's milk or goat's milk), our faisselles (made from cow's milk or goat's milk), and sometimes seasonal products (fresh goat's cheese, etc.).
