At the bend of a bend, the beekeeping area, a beautiful contemporary dark wood building, brings together a permanent exhibition and an apiary under one roof.
Built in 1994, the exhibition presents a rich collection of objects related to beekeeping: tools, beehives of all kinds, books, engravings and old advertisements are presented in a fun way accessible to all audiences.
Adjoining, the apiary run by amateur beekeepers is both a place of training and discovery. Visitors are invited to share their passion for beekeeping, to discover the abundant and laborious life of bees.
Flower honey, acacia honey, from the great fir trees of the Vosges or mountain honey, if nature is generous, beekeepers exercise their know-how to deliver us this nectar which is the delight of gourmetsâŠ. See the map
