The Julien Hotel-Restaurant & Spa in Fouday
The investment is substantial: the establishment will eventually have four dining rooms, capable of accommodating up to 250 guests, and as many terrace seats. A dozen rooms have already been added to the existing 74.
The project also includes the installation of a new, state-of-the-art kitchen, the opening of a gourmet restaurant, a wine shop, and a 2000 m² extension of the existing spa area (2500 m²) by the end of 2026...

“La Rubanerie” in Rothau
After a few years of rejuvenation, the former Hotel-Residence "La Rubanerie" has resumed its activity under the leadership of a collective made up of 3 families. More than a hotel, the eco-place "La Rub" is both a shared accommodation and an eco-responsible hotel nestled in a superb wooded park on the banks of the Bruche.
The "Rubanerie" hotel offers 12 rooms per night and also long-term furnished rentals of medium duration, such as studios, T1 / T2 and shared accommodation.
“The Edge of the Rocks” in Saâles
Since this spring, the establishment located at Col de Saâles and previously known as "Hôtel des Roches" has reopened its doors to the public under a new name and under a new owner.
The establishment has 21 rooms, a 70-seat terrace and a revamped restaurant (open 7 days a week) that can accommodate 7 guests. A new chef is in the kitchen and a new map is to be discovered.
The Camping-Car Park area in Saâles
After a period of renovations, the former campsite in Saâles will reopen its doors on August 1st. It integrates Camping-Car Park, the first European network of areas equipped for motorhomes and vans, accessible 1/24 under the banner “camping in my village”.
The campsite offers all year round 35 locations for camper vans, caravans and vans and in high season (from April to the end of October) 15 tent pitches for cycle tourists or hikers on the move.
The site is equipped with facilities: waste disposal points, electrical terminals, toilets, showers. What's different: access to the site and equipment is automated and autonomous, without a physical reception and is done via a terminal (available in 9 languages).
